Happy New Year....
Well another year has flown by and the plants are now covered in a blanket of white. I always find I am just about done with winter and ready to start gardening about now, but sadly, the weather does not allow for this. So I reach for all the great magazines filled with beautiful pictures of flowers and vegetables that have just started to find there way into my mailbox. It makes for a nice afternoon drinking a cup of hot tea and devouring all the pictures that are layed out in front of you. This is a good time to start planning that new garden or re-designing that garden you were not quite happy with this past summer.
Now is a good time to clean up any garden tools that you did not get to this past fall or have that lawn mower tuned up. So keep busy and before you know it we will be glimpsing our first signs of spring.
